Located in Sherborn, MA, Silverwood is a small, family-run, certified organic farm. We focus on specialty crops such as garlic, herbs, and perennial flowers - while continuing to care for the land as a beautiful and welcoming farm space. We are committed to organic practices, thoughtful land stewardship, and maintaining a farm that is both productive and welcoming.

This is a unique, hands-on role that combines growing with caring for the overall beauty and functionality of the farm.

This part-time, year-round position (approximately 10–25 hours per week depending on the season) includes:

• Planting, tending, and harvesting specialty crops (garlic, herbs, flowers)
• Maintaining garden beds, irrigation, and seasonal plantings
• Helping care for the overall farm landscape (mowing, trimming, weeding, pathways, fences)
• Performing light repairs and general upkeep around the farm
• Operating tractors, implements, and hand tools

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on growing and working outdoors to keep a farm looking its best.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience with crop production and organic farming
• Is comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Enjoys physical, outdoor work in a variety of conditions
• Has an eye for detail and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful space
• Is comfortable using farm equipment and tools

• Location: Sherborn, MA
• Compensation: $20–25/hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Part-time, year-round (10–25 hrs/week depending on season)
• Start Date: Spring 2026
