Perfect Backdrop for Films, Videos, Photography, Photo Shoot

We are delighted to share our farm as a backdrop for your special photos! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for everyone, please review our photography guidelines.

• Advance Booking Required – All sessions must be scheduled through our online request form. Walk-ins are not permitted. Use the request form below to schedule your session.
• Location Fee – $75 flat fee for a one-hour Portrait Photography session. Sessions with 8 or more people may incur additional fees. For Film, Videography, or Commercial Photo Shoots, please contact the farm directly for pricing and availability. Use the contact button below to reach us.
• Check-In/Check-Out – All clients and photographers must check in with farm staff before beginning the session and notify staff upon departure.
• Session Duration – Sessions are limited to 1 hour unless arranged in advance.
• After-Hours Permission – Sunset or after-hours sessions are permitted with advance approval only.

• No entry into crop fields without prior approval and assistance from a farm staff member. 
• No entry into barns or indoor facilities.
• No access to indoor restrooms. A portable restroom is available outside the barn.
• Stay within designated outdoor areas (barn exterior, pond, and other pre-approved spaces).
• No alcohol or smoking permitted anywhere on the property.
• No pets or animals allowed at photo sessions unless specifically approved in advance.
• No drones are permitted without prior approval.
• No climbing on farm equipment, fences, or structures.
• Respect ongoing farm operations. Photography must not interfere with CSA pickups, events, or farm work.
• Leave no trace – remove all props, trash, and belongings before leaving.

• Silverwood Organic Farm is an active working farm with electric fencing and equipment. Please use caution at all times.
• By entering the property for a photography session, you agree that Silverwood Organic Farm is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property.

• Sessions may be rescheduled in the case of inclement weather.
• Cancellations must be communicated in advance.
