The dark green, leafy vegetable is so versatile that we throw it in a soup or stew, sauté or stir-fry it, or make our "Kids-Can't-Resist Kale Chips" recipe.

The funny shapes and vibrant colors of our delicious bounty of winter squashes - butternut, delicata, acorn, spaghetti to name a few - are a favorite among our CSA members.
